The problem
The usual setup is three teams and one integration phase bolted on the end. Hardware slips, so firmware stalls. Firmware changes an interface, so the app starts over. The schedule dies in integration, and it dies because there were three teams.

Traced to magnetic interference from the device's own speakers, by measurement rather than guesswork. Orientation error correlated at r = 0.955 against net rotation, while the geometry itself cleared at 1.73 mm against 1.2 mm of sensor noise. That is the difference between knowing and hoping.
A regulated multi-platform care platform. 168,000 lines, a worker app and an office app over one database, 138 row-level security policies, 1,908 tests. Built in five days.
